Shipping

| We post on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please allow up to 1-3 days for us to pack your order. We endeavour to use compostable packaging to help reduce waste and landfill but in some cases we may not be able to fulfil this |

| Our choice of couriers are Australia Post - express or standard and Sendle |

| Due to Covid and Christmas please expect some delays as couriers will be processing and delivering high amounts of parcels |

| Estimated time of arrival will be between 3 days - 2 weeks depending on your location within Australia (HQ is based in Sydney) *Weekends not included* |

| Estimated time of arrival for international orders will be between 1 - 4 weeks depending on the courier/postage service and your location |

| Please note we will not be packing or posting on Public Holidays |

 

Exchange, Returns & Repair

| We will not be accepting returns due to change of mind or if you had accidentally purchased the wrong size |

| If your product has a defect/damage such as stitching has unravelled, fabric has holes/stains or it has a defect that will affect use we will accept an exchange or repair/replacement |

| If you purchased the wrong size or change of mind we can arrange an exchange but will not reimburse you for the postage | 

| Once the product has arrived in HQ and upon inspection. If you would like your product to be repaired we will reimburse you for the postage and will endeavour to have it repaired in 1-2 weeks but if you do not wish for your product to be repaired we will email you and discuss an exchange or a refund |
